WHO WE ARE
Prasat Study Abroad Consultancy is an independent, private international education agent which is registered under the No. Co. 3537 KH/2015 with the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Founded by an English teacher, who is full of compassion in education, PSAC has a big dream in developing the nation by offering free counselling regarding local and international education to Cambodian students throughout the country. It is our dream to see the new generations challenge and keep up with others in the region and around the world. We believe that it is a must for all the students in this world for having equal rights and opportunities to absorb at least an acceptable standard of education.
At the same time, we also help students who seek to pursue their qualifications abroad by self-funding or scholarship, from cultural exchange/language programs to postgraduate degrees. Our counsellors will guide students how to choose their majors and specific education providers to meet the job market, their talent and their family financial support. We, the Founder of PSAC, determine to follow the ethical codes of conducts as well as helping our students with very qualified service, so that they can chase their big dreams.

MISSION
We are determined to promote and train throughout Cambodia about educational experience and knowledge by any positive means like providing free counseling about local and international education systems, especially with languages’ acquisition and learning, create more educational activities and opportunities for our volunteering team in order to expand our services to other vulnerable and potential communities.
VISION
The main reason why Prasat Study Abroad Consultancy was born is because of our strong compassion to be a part of helping improve mainly to Cambodian students regarding logical, positive educational experience and knowledge for the development of themselves and our nation. Thus, they can be well prepared for their communication and cultural exchanges with others in the region (ASEAN countries) and around the world during this globalization and information ages. We are preparing to make Cambodian students more creative and innovative.
